LA IBTS Obtains Davis Bacon Labor Compliance Officers Status

Staff in the Louisiana Branch Office of IBTS have obtained the status of Labor Compliance Officer as defined by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals for the Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund.
