IBTS Provides Software to Support the Manufactured Housing Program

In support of HUD's Manufactured Housing Program, IBTS has developed several systems to ensure the successful tracking of the large amount of data contributed and distributed to the stakeholders. These software systems include: "CASA", "Fast Access", Imaging and Retrieval Database for design documents, IPIA information systems, DAPIA information systems, the WebLabels program, and records management databases include incoming and outgoing data files for use by Federal Manufactured Housing Program participants.

The breadth of the Federal program participants includes HUD staff, contractor staff, 18 IPIAs, 7 DAPIAs, and 38 SAAs, and 300 manufacturers.

WebLabels

WebLabels tracks the manufacture and shipment of manufactured homes, and serves as the primary source of data used to calculate fee payments to SAAs under the executed cooperative agreements.

Fast Access

Fast Access allows HUD, SAAs, contractor staff, and any purchaser (at cost) to access a variety of reference documents used in the general course of correspondence, research and on-site visits.

CASA

CASA stands for the Computer Automation of SAA Activities. State Administrative Agencies (SAAs) use this menu-driven, Windows-compatible software to facilitate field and headquarters record keeping.
