Director, Strategic Partnerships
Greg has over 35 years of experience in program management, business development, and marketing. Greg leads the Strategic Partnership division of IBTS, maintaining relationships with state, municipal, and county associations as well as other nonprofits and solution providers. He develops and implements partnership strategies to increase the IBTS reach; represents IBTS with active participation in state, municipal, and county associations; provides industry insight and innovation; and evangelizes IBTS thought leadership externally through participation in industry associations and councils, keynote speeches, panel discussions, and executive briefings.
Greg formerly served as the Director of the Marketing Division of IBTS, helping IBTS grow from annual revenues of $12 million to over $50 million, increase professional staff from 70 to 280, and expand geographically to offices in New York City, Missouri, Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. He was instrumental in expanding IBTS to include full municipal services to the cities of Central, Louisiana, and Guymon, Oklahoma, as well as disaster recovery services nationally.
For 30 years prior to joining IBTS, Greg demonstrated lead responsibility in driving strategic growth and business development for growing engineering and consulting firms.
Greg served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for eight years as a Company Commander for the 92nd Engineering Battalion of Fort Gordon, GA. Greg is a civil engineering graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and the Engineers Officer Advanced Course, Fort Belvoir, VA.
