Director, Human Capital
Mrs. Lindsay Weissbratten has over two decades of experience developing programs and leading teams that have produced high impact and sustainable global results within the commercial software, technology, and aerospace/defense engineering industries.
In her role at IBTS, Lindsay focuses on both the design and delivery of the company’s global human capital strategy including talent acquisition, management, and development.
She is a known thought leader in the human capital strategy and talent management industries and holds a bachelor`s degree in Sociology from James Madison University as well as a master`s degree from George Washington University in Organizational Sciences. During her academic career, she studied abroad in England, France, Italy, Spain, and the Dominican Republic.
Prior to joining IBTS, Lindsay spent a decade at General Dynamics, where she created cutting edge talent acquisition and staffing practices, as well as developed best-in-class career and organizational development programs.
Most recently, she served as VP of People & Culture at Fidelis Cybersecurity, where she was responsible for helping to ensure their successful transformation and expansion from General Dynamics to Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions.
