Furthering the Discussion: Remote Building Inspections Steering Committee

By August 21, 2023News

IBTS recently published a white paper on remote building inspections and the impacts this technology is making on local governments. Remote building inspections allows a larger number of structures to get the inspections they need quicker than traditional inspections. Benefits and considerations surrounding these inspection practices are included in detail in our white paper.

IBTS seeks to convene a steering committee to better understand the best practices, considerations, and recommendations for remote building inspections moving forward. We are looking for:

  • Building Officials
  • Inspectors
  • City Managers
  • Commissioners
  • Planning & Zoning Officials
  • City Councilmen

If you or someone in your organization may be interested in learning more about remote building inspection or joining us in furthering the discussion, please see below.
