IBTS manages the tracking and assurance of all grant activities to successfully deliver all projects for state, county, and city governments.

IBTS manages the tracking and assurance of all activities to successfully deliver all grant funded projects. IBTS ensures that projects are delivered on-time, compliant with all grant regulations, and meet the set financial accountability. Our services help city, county and state governments avoid costly compliance errors that grant funding is so often prone to. We’ve been involved, both directly and indirectly, in billions of dollars worth of grants and maintains an unbroken record of compliance success. In addition, we are able to serve as the sole source provider, meaning projects can be delivered faster and more effectively.

IBTS has a particular focus on community development grant programs. We offer support and training to communities served by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. Through our community development work we can help unlock different service areas that stimulate employment opportunities and community growth, resulting in the creation of a new wealth and tax base for regions.

We also provide grant management services to recipients of the CDBG Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program, which is made available to communities recovering from a natural disaster. IBTS can help manage this process to ensure that your community receives and keeps the funding it needs by maintaining compliance from start through completion of the program. Learn more about our CDBG-DR management services and the other disaster recovery services IBTS provides.

IBTS has a long history and proven track record in grant management and administration. We consistently deliver on program goals, crediting elected officials with the completion of projects. In the course of carrying out these grants, IBTS often undertakes a wide range of responsibilities that are not typically planned or compensated for. We are not simply focused on project fulfillment, but strive to meet community satisfaction as well.
