The City of Tallulah is looking to IBTS to develop, implement and operate the City of Tallulah Building Code Department. Tallulah will share resources with surrounding parishes such as Madison, Tensas, Franklin, Caldwell and others, that are also members of the NLBD.

The new $28 million dollar, 185,000 square foot project is within the city limits of Tallulah. Therefore, IBTS will monitor the project for the school board as well as the City of Tallulah, to protect the interests of all citizens and school children of Madison Parish and the City of Tallulah.
