Starting Tuesday the Institute for Building Technology and Safety will take over the operations of Somerset County Building Inspections.
Although SCBI will assume its parent company’s name, officials say customers will experience the same service and go through the same procedures as they have in the past.
“It will be the same manager, same inspectors and leadership” said IBTS Chief Operating Officer Shyam Choudhary.
