New Cities

IBTS is your Nonprofit-Public Partner, from Incorporation to Success

Newly incorporated cities have an exciting opportunity to serve their citizens and help their communities flourish. Yet establishing all the city’s services all at once, finding an experienced and dedicated workforce, and ensuring that new services and personnel all work well together can be a daunting challenge for any new city.

Let IBTS Help

As a nonprofit organization, your city’s success and the wellbeing of your residents is our mission. We will work closely with you to identify a cost-effective approach to establishing new services, deliver the expertise and staff you need, and help you assess and address risks to ensure a thriving, resilient future for your city.

City of Central, Louisiana

IBTS has provided city services to the City of Central, Louisiana for over 10 years. Central, which incorporated as a new city in 2005, originally contracted with East Baton Rouge Parish for City services before moving to a private company for a public-private partnership (P3) service delivery model. In 2011, Central selected IBTS as its nonprofit-public partner (NP3), saving the City hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.
