SPOTLIGHT ON IBTS’ WORK IN:
City of Central, Louisiana
IBTS has provided city services to the City of Central, Louisiana for over 10 years. Central, which incorporated as a new city in 2005, originally contracted with East Baton Rouge Parish for City services before moving to a private company for a public-private partnership (P3) service delivery model. In 2011, Central selected IBTS as its nonprofit-public partner (NP3), saving the City hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.
