Do you rent or own a solar panel system with batteries?
You’re invited to participate in a special community event designed just for you!
The Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) and the Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS) are hosting a collaborative community event as part of a research study funded by FEMA. The goal is to survey customers in Puerto Rico about various program alternatives that leverage battery storage systems to strengthen the operation and reliability of the local electric grid. Results will be shared with the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau and the electric distribution company to help design potential future programs.

LEARN
Discover how your battery system can improve grid reliability and what your role could be in this process.

EXPRESS YOUR OPINION
Provide your ideas and preferences about potential programs that use your solar-plus-battery system to strengthen the performance and reliability of the local electric grid. Your feedback is key to shaping the future of our energy solutions.

INTERACT
Engage with others who also use solar panel systems with batteries. Exchange ideas, experiences, and tips in a collaborative community environment.
Who can participate in the study?
