Using a collaborative and comprehensive service delivery approach, IBTS provides compliance, program management, and technical services to federal agencies, the Department of Defense, and prime contractors. Federal Government Work in Action

FEMA – NexGen Manufactured Housing Production Monitoring

Through our existing indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with FEMA to provide technical support services (TSS), IBTS provides monitoring for the agency’s NexGen manufactured housing units (MHUs). FEMA developed NexGen units to simplify logistics, minimize costs, reduce waste, and allow for a more flexible and durable fleet of homes to deploy for disaster survivors when needed. Under this task order, IBTS monitors quality assurance for thousands of MHUs during production, provides risk levels for non-conformance, and technical support for deviations along with design improvement suggestions to further streamline production at manufacturing facilities across the U.S.

Military Housing, Fort Benning, GA

IBTS performed Military Housing Code Inspections and Plan Review for the development of ten neighborhoods and approximately 3,000 homes.
