Chris Miller, AICP
Director, Civic & Infrastructure Services
As Director of IBTS' Civic & Infrastructure Services Division, Chris oversees our Engineering Solutions and Municipal Solutions service lines, which ensure compliance with building standards; promote safe, efficient, sustainable infrastructure; support local governments with comprehensive municipal services; and provide energy services to clients across the public and private sectors.
Chris has more than 25 years of professional experience, which includes managing cross-functional teams with an emphasis on operations and client services; grant experience from his work as a consultant to the U.S. Treasury Department and successful Community Development Block Grant management on behalf of local governments in Florida and Georgia.
Chris earned his MS in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning and his BS in Economics from Florida State University.
