City of Central Full Municipal Services, Central, LA

As the boots on the ground for the City of Central, IBTS is manages the delivery of services to citizens and on behalf of citizens to each and every stakeholder of the community. IBTS works closely with the Mayor and City Council, and routinely identifies subject matter experts and convenes meetings with the City Administration and City Council to discuss a variety of issues faced by the City. Dulles Corridor Metrorail Extension – Phase 1, Washington, DC to Reston, VA

Since the start of construction in 2009, IBTS has been the sole provider of comprehensive code inspection of all above ground and surface construction and systems for four of the five stations for which the Commonwealth of Virginia is responsible in an 11-mile extension of Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (WMATA), Metro system.


Hurricane Ike Disaster Recovery, Harris County, TX

After Hurricane Ike destroyed or damaged much of the housing stock of Harris County, Texas, the county was a subgrantee to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), the grantee from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. IBTS was brought on to help administer the grant, performing damage assessments, estimating, change order management, submittal review, contractor procurement, and construction management inspections under the program.
